NYFL online registration for the 2013 season. REGISTER ONLINE.

All children in grades 3 through 8 who live within the Newberg School District boundaries (entering in the fall of 2013) are eligible to play. Register in the early time period to get the early discounted fee and pay by June 15.

• Early registration April 1st - May 15th - $225 (Max Family Fee $400).
  
• Regular registration May 16th - June 9 - $250 (Max Family Fee $475).
• Late registration June 10th - June 15th - $300 (Max Family Fee $550).
• If you miss the June 15th date you will need to contact the NYFL registrar to be put on a waiting list.

Registration opened April 1st. The deadline for registration is June 15th. If you need to pay by check please register online (choose the pay by check option) and mail your check to CPRD 125 S. Elliot Rd. Newberg OR, 97132. Make checks payable to CPRD.

If you live outside the Newberg School District Boundaries you can petition for your child to play in the TVYFL.

Registration Instructions

• From our website's homepage, click on the MEMBER LOG-IN BUTTON (top left).

• If you already have an account, go ahead and login and register for the 2013 season.
  
• If you are new, you will have to create a new account this year (select 'No, I do not have a member account').

• You will be directed to create an account for the online registration. Registration is handled through third-party software and an account must be established.

• Follow the instructions and fill in all required fields. Once you complete online registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the TVYFL Player Contract and the TVYFL Approved Medical Release attached. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, you may need to check your spam or junk mail folder. If you did not recieve a confirmation (and check your junk mail and no e-mail) Please contact our NYFL registrar Jackie Wright at jjwright5@frontier.com.

• Be sure to print the documents required to complete registration: the TVYFL Player Contract and TVYFL Approved Medical Release. The completed forms must be received prior to your child being issued gear and along with payment in full.

• Player contracts should be filled out online. Completed Medical Release forms must be turned in to CPRD no later than July 17th. If you cannot print the forms, contact NYFL Registrar Jackie Wright at jjwright5@frontier.com.

• You must complete the TVYFL Medical Release form and have it signed by your child's doctor. A physical or other medical release will not be accepted in place of the TVYFL form. Schedule your appointment now.
